Derya Yanık, Minister of Family and Social Services, stated that they will provide an annual support of 450 – 1150 TL per household within the scope of natural gas aid, “We will make these payments in two equal installments in March and October. Our target is to reach 4 million households. We foresee an annual support of 3 billion TL. ” said.
Minister Yanık announced that natural gas aid will be added to the heating aid, and informed that applications for natural gas support will start from the second half of February, and payments will start after the second week of March. Yanik met with a group of reporters and explained the details of the natural gas support.
Burning said that the work with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources is over. “Our goal here is to reach 4 million households. This is more than twice the number of households than coal. We foresee an annual support of 3 billion liras,” he said.
Noting that there has not been a decision yet regarding the alimony regulation, which remains on the agenda, Yanık said, “We are a ministry that works on the social, political and economic rights and status of women, on the other side, in particular, and follows and tries to develop their personal rights. We cannot open the door to a new regulation where neither the family will be harmed nor the women will lose their vested rights,” he said.
How will it be taken?
Citizens who want to benefit from natural gas support can apply via e-Government or Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations. The benefits will be deposited as a support payment to the PTT card of the person who receives the right. By taking the invoice, the person will be able to get his payment back at the PTT.
