It is aimed to provide measurable and auditable security service and to increase the quality in this field.
With the KAAN mobile application prepared within the scope of the project, it is ensured that private security officers quickly report the incidents in their fields to the police teams.
In this way, general law enforcement personnel can intervene in public order incidents such as drugs, violence against women and theft in a timely manner and without incident.
Private security officers and general law enforcement personnel included in the project receive training on private security law, the responsibilities of the manager-security officer, general law enforcement-private security relations and emergency response.
Within the scope of the project, 96 thousand 264 officers, including 80 thousand 150 private security guards and 16 thousand 114 general law enforcement personnel, have been trained so far.
By the end of the year, it is aimed to provide training to 322,000 private security guards working at 90 thousand points.
Housing site and apartments were also included in the project.
The scope of the project expands with the inclusion of private security officers and managers working in housing estates and similar places throughout the country, especially in Istanbul.
In this context, 6 thousand 600 out of 9 thousand 560 private security officers working in 1774 sites in Istanbul, especially in the Esenyurt district, were recruited by the chief inspectors of the police and trainers of the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD), within the body of the Private Security Inspection Presidency, and 3 thousand 704 general law enforcement officers. personnel and 861 site and apartment managers were trained.
3,117 private security guards and 780 general law enforcement officers working in the complexes and apartments in Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa and Adana were also included in the project.
Within the scope of the project, trainings for 4,138 site private security, 1454 general law enforcement officers, 1712 site and apartment managers will continue until 30 September.
