The event which was held in conjunction with the inauguration of PINArena at Pinhome HQ, 18 Parc Place, SCBD – South Jakarta, was attended by Founding CEO Dayu Dara Permata, CTO-Co Founder Ahmed Aljunied, CCO Muhammad Hanif, fellow agents and property developer partners, and representatives Pinhome employees.
On this occasion, Dara said the launch of the Pinhome application was based on the high mobility of the community towards gadgets as well as to make it easier for all property activists to be able to access the desired residence safely and comfortably. In addition, the Pinhome application also provides access to household and lifestyle services to answer the community’s needs for cleaning and relaxation services.
“We are aware that nowadays people’s mobility is very high, access to gadgets and connections can be obtained anywhere. Therefore, to make it easier for all property activists to access, we provide the Pinhome application after previously property activists were able to access Pinhome services through the website. This is in line with our mission to ensure property is more accessible for everyone,” said Dara.
The Pinhome application is equipped with a series of features, one of which is a guide to buying property. Users will be guided in determining the ideal budget and property, payment options, contacting agents, conducting property visits, determining price estimates, mortgage guidance, starting transactions, preparing important documents, to the handover process all in one application.
Pinhome currently has hundreds of thousands of registered primary and secondary residences, tens of thousands of property agents, tens of thousands of household service providers such as cleaning and air conditioning services, dozens of banks and financial platforms. In addition to the household service sector, thousands of household and lifestyle service partners have become part of the Pinhome service ecosystem. All of this has succeeded in making Pinhome book thousands of transactions from January 2020 until now through the Pinhome website and application channels.
The Pinhome application is expected to expand transaction channels while making it easier for the public to access property, household and lifestyle services. Along with the launch of the Pinhome application, Dara also inaugurated a collaboration space or collaboration space under the name PINArena. PINArena is a means for all members of the Pinhome community to carry out various activities with the support of facilities that can be tailored to their needs.
Later, property agent partners, property office members, and Pinhome partners can use PINArena for free for various purposes such as seminars, gatherings, meetings, workshops, or as workspace facilities.
PINArena itself has a maximum capacity of 75 people including four rooms plus several meeting pods, a mini studio for shooting activities, a seminar room with a capacity of 50 people, a breakout area, a private room, and a snack bar.
Pinhome Home Service (PHS)
In the application, Pinhome provides access to household and lifestyle services, namely Pinhome Home Service (PHS). These services include house cleaning services, car washing, AC washing, massage services, and disinfectant fogging.
PHS is Gojek’s exclusive partner for cleaning services that can be ordered through the GoService menu. This service can also be ordered through the Pinhome application and to date, PHS services are spread in 27 areas throughout Indonesia.

For mutual convenience, customers can choose the gender of the service partner on duty and schedule orders for up to a maximum of seven days ahead. The payment method is also cashless through Gopay.
