Rumeysa Gelgi, who lives in the Safranbolu district of Karabük and has Weaver syndrome, with a length of 2 meters 15 centimeters, entered the Guinness Book of Records with the title of “the tallest woman in the world”.
Gelgi (24) reminded the AA correspondent that she had a record as “the world’s tallest teenage girl under 18” in 2014.
Stating that she applied for the title of “the tallest woman in the world”, Gelgi said, “My height has been measured again. Finally, my record has been approved. It is an honor for me to be the world record holder for the second time.” said.
Gelgi noted that his height, which was measured as 2 meters 13 centimeters in 2014, was measured as 2 meters 15 centimeters this time.
